Step by Step, Giving the Gift of Sight

This August, me and the team at Lifestyle Group are taking on Fred’s Big Run and we’re stepping up to help restore sight to those who need it most.

We’re proud to support the amazing work of The Fred Hollows Foundation, continuing the legacy of a true Aussie legend. Fred believed in a world where no one is needlessly blind and we’re backing that vision one step at a time.

Here’s the kicker- 9 out of 10 people who are blind don’t need to be. A simple low-cost operation as little as $25, can completely change a person’s life by restoring their sight.

That’s what this run is about. It’s not just a fitness challenge, it’s a chance to do something real, something that directly impacts lives.
