I’m stepping up to restore sight!

This August, I’m taking on the Fred Hollows Run for Sight challenge to raise funds that help restore sight to people around the world.

This cause is incredibly personal to me because my younger brother was born deaf and blind. Growing up alongside him, I’ve always wished there was something I could do to change his situation. Watching someone you love face challenges that are completely out of your control often leaves you feeling helpless.

I know I can’t change my brother’s vision or hearing, but I can do something that may help change someone else’s life. If the kilometres I run and the donations raised can give even one person the chance to see, then that’s something I’m incredibly proud to be a part of.
