A 'Big Run' is a bit daunting!

But if you read the fine print, riding is also OK apparently. I won't be riding to raise money for Peter Mac this year but thought I would give this a go. Let's face it, $25 to restore sight is bloody good value. You can spend a thousand times that on cancer research and it gets you hardly anywhere. A million times that and you will probably make a bit of progress. Giving to The Fred Hollows Foundation is one of the most effective ways of making a positive difference to the lives of people. I've been donating for years now so let's do this!

I’m stepping up to restore sight!

I’m taking on Fred’s Big Run (or ride, in my case) this August to STEP UP TO RESTORE SIGHT! My goal is to raise funds for The Fred Hollows Foundation to continue the legacy of an Australian legend, Fred Hollows. Because right now, 9 out of 10 people who are blind don’t need to be... And an operation that costs as little as $25 can help restore sight to someone who is needlessly blind, and change their life forever!
