Dor the past few weeks my knee has been a little bit of a pain in my butt! But even though, I’ve stuck to my goals to complete and increase until the end of the month. It is however for an amazing cause for the great work Fred began. He was the pinnacle of excellence. His journey continues though all of us, helping raise money for those that really deserve it.Pinched a nerve in my knee today … again. unable to run as far as i would have liked.
I may have pinched a nerve, but I am still gonna make that target and hopefully more + more cash for those that really need it - let’s keep crackin’ along and restore sight for people needing help.Evening 5km
Note to self: Don’t have a cuppa tea befor a run! Rhe run was great, I did my fastest 5km this arvo: 26m44s - pretty stoked. As long as I keep going I’ll be able to restore sight to more people. Let’s keep cracking.I’m stepping up to restore sight!
