I really wanted to do Fred's Big Run but was advised not to exercise for 6 weeks post partum. August 12 marks 6 weeks post partum. I'm still advised to only do 30 minutes of light exercise so I'll only be aiming for 50km for the month, given my limitations, but we can still raise money.
