I’m stepping up to restore sight!
I’m taking on Fred’s Big Run this August to STEP UP TO RESTORE SIGHT!
My goal is to raise funds for The Fred Hollows Foundation to continue the legacy of an Australian legend, Fred Hollows.
As some of you may know I was hospitalized in April 2024 due to loss of vision. This is a journey that has been so hard and scary. Is the feeling of the unknown, will I wake up with no sight again? will I be able to watch my four children grow up? Will I be able to see on my wedding day? The questions go on and this is why in August I have set a goal to fundraise for those with vision impairment.
Because right now, 9 out of 10 people who are blind don’t need to be...
And an operation that costs as little as $25 can help restore sight to someone who is needlessly blind, and change their life forever!
