Preparing for fred's big run
Thursday 12th Jun As an amateur runner that has never attempted something this big, I've decided that the best way to tackle the challenge is to start planning early - and working on my stamina and recovery habits prior to the challenge starting. I've officially mapped out my KM goals for the month of August, and am beginning to slowly increase my small daily runs. Current goal is to complete 2.5-3km daily across 2-3 consecutive days, with plans to increase to 2 smaller runs each day for 2 consecutive days with a rest in between Yew! Share
