Day 10- only 25km to go!Saturday 21st Aug Wow I can see the goal posts now and if the weather stays gorgeous like today then getting through the last 25km should go quickly. Day 9 -Rainy days-Tuesday 17th Aug Well peeps it's lockdown in Melbourne and rainy days, so I've had a few days rest. Back out in the misty rain this morning. Committed to walking as my knee received an extra knock from a fall off my bike. Nothing drastic but im definately feeling those bruises. Sponsorship is up over my goal so that is a real positive. 8th day -HALF WAYFriday 13th Aug I snuck in an extra 5km tonight and now I'm halfway into my challenge. Only 50km to go. Definately feeling it but have also changed to walking due to my knee and I'm just loving it. No better way to beat the lockdiwn blues. Thanks so much to all my sponsors we have given 36 people sight. I only need to raise $97 more dollars to reach my goal of $1000 so jump on board if you can. Xx Share
8th Day -lovely SunFriday 13th Aug Hi everyone I'm at 45km and hope to smash out another 5km later today to hit the halfway point. I've only got $95 to raise to hit $1000 so spread the word. Gorgeous sunny day to walk. Despite lockdown. Share
7th day- at 30kmMonday 9th Aug Nice round number to do 30km. My knee is getting strong from the walks and I'm really enjoying going out to see the sun setting and kangaroos everywhere. Share
6th Day- first day of week 2Sunday 8th Aug Hey all, today my knee was still feeling really rusty so I have decided on a lockdown week of walks to strengthen it without damage. Don't worry where I go is a good mix of flats and hills so still challenging and I enjoy it very much. Share

3rd day - SoreTuesday 3rd Aug I had to really buckle under and run through pain today, yes everything is hurting. Lots of stretching and a rest day tomorrow. Sore but I've got this! Share
First DaySunday 1st Aug Today my running challenge started and I jumped into it with gusto. To be clear my running for a week or two will be on a treadmill to get back into the swing of it. Sure was a shock to the system and not easy going but eh its a start and will only get better. Thanks again you beautiful people for your donations and your faith I can do this. Xxx Share
